The numbers are okay in my book, although quite low for that compressor at that pressure ratio, you've got to think about the rest of the engine as well. Some people think that you can throw a 65 lb/min turbo on a stock motor and be able to push around 650 HP, well there's a lot more that goes into making the motor able to flow that air ( as i'm sure you know ) With that being said, i would say they are decently respectable for a stock 1g 6 bolt with tired ass valve springs, and just plain tired in general (even if it does check out okay on pressure tests, it's tired after this many years)
I DO think however that there's probably some smaller things like boost leaks or other little things that could be addresses to bring the power up a little and bring the spool time down a few hundred RPM...But seeing how you've got a P-trim turbine i would think you may have to go down to a smaller A/R hot side housing to gain some spool back.
Like i said, don't be too worried about those numbers, my car with a 57 trim and ~20psi (would spike 22 at first) did 332 and 312 ft/lbs on pump gas with the smallest nozzle in my meth kit as well. These numbers were on a mustang dyno which also reads low. Im also on a TIRED old 6 bolt as well with just some ARPs and an old set of 8:1 pistons that have valve dings in them

. My good motor is pulled from the car right now to get the mains resized and to put in my H beam rods and as soon as I score a set of higher comp ratio pistons (want me some 9.5:1's baby!!!!!!)
Can you post up your chart or the data page from your pull? Also would like to see your timing map from the EMS if you don't mind, i've got the software if you would host it up so i could see what you're running ( i always like to see the timing others get away with so i can compare to my own or give some pointers anywhere) If you prefer to email it to me send it to

Well, i'm babbling..keep tweakin on it, you'll make more power
