Just wondering what you guys get with your stroker setup. On my 7bolt i got arond 21mpg and now with my stoker setup i get 18mgp:notgood: and im not even on it? Is this normal? Maybe cause i have a pte 50trim and its just spooling fast... what do you guys think...

I now get 25MPG on my 2.3L A/T with a 16G turbo.
Before the stroker project it was about 21MPG.

Why would larger injectors make your mileage worse? Your ecu controles them and doesn't inject any more fuel than needed.

On that note. Are you sure you don't push the air pedal harder/more?

No,thats what i dont understand, im not on the gas, and its still 18mpg, im guessing its the turbo its acting like a t25 with my stroker, guess its time to upgrade... fp3065 should help:sneaky:

Just double check everything. BOOST LEAK TEST, spark plugs, airfilter, timing, etc. I've got worse gas mileage going to a bigger turbo.

Yea first thing i did was boost leak test that was fine. For some reason the dyno place replaced my BPR7es with BR7es, i dont know if that would matter its gapped at .28. K&N filter is brand new.. heres a log if that helps...

thanks

Your long term fuel trim values show rich. You low value shows 11% undercorrection. With your mid off about 3%, that tells me the deadtime isn't spot on. This can affect fuel mileage if the ecu isn't correcting enough. Still, would this have that much effect in your case? I don't know.

Are those numbers suppose to be at zero(the fuel trims) i adjusted the 150hz and 50hz and got both back to 3 or so...?

I just got 19mpg, woohoo 1mpg better,LOL, i changed the fuel filter, thats probably why. Well i filled up yesterday with my new fuel tirms settings so ill see if its better. Cost me $48... Maybe it is my foot, its hard not to want to drive it fast....

I'm rocking 28.4 on the highway and 26.1 in town. Gotta love the 2.3 with T25.
