Evo 3 intercoolers can be had for very cheap and are easily good enough for your setup. I ran mine up to 24 psi on my 18g with no problems. My wife has ran her evo 3 intercooler up to 20 psi on her 60 trim To4E. Send me a PM if you are having problems finding them. I can hook you up with one.
