The water inlet/outlet on a GT40 is M18x1.5. Dependign on room/routing you can do a straight outlet fitting or banjo. As for the water pipe/thermostat housing, you can run a metric to -6 AN adapter and use -6 SS line, or can possibly bend/modify your existing lines. For mine (GT35R), I just bought an AL -6 AN weld bung for the thermostat and a Steel -6 AN bung for the water pipe.

FYI.. ATP Turbo has a nice selection of fittings for the Garrett turbos as does Summit racing (once you know the size)
