How hard is it to mount the fans on the other side of the radiatior?

I can't find much info on this. I seen this done in a few pics and i am interested in doing it. The will give me some added space in the engine bay. With that said, has anyone on here done this mod?

I've never looked at 2g clearances, but I don't see them clearing very well on a 1g unless you get slimline fans or you take out the AC condensor.

I've got a 98 Eclipse Spyder witha 50 trim that melted my stock A/C fan so I had to resort to a slim fan (FAL). I was scared to put it in the same place, especially since I also got a new PWR radiator which is bigger than stock, so I made it a pusher fan. It barely fit, in fact, it was pretty much an exact fit cause I had to wiggle it in. It's in front of my A/C condensor and radiator, right behind the FMIC. Works well.

by the way, I mounted the fan the ghetto way with zip ties :p no problems at all. Also had to remove the front bumper to get it in because of the little space I had. It's an easy job though if you remove the bumper.
