High o2 trim and fuel trim doesn't make sense

My o2 trims are always above 100% whenever I'm idling. I richen up my 1k fuel correction settings to as much as 0% and it still reads high, and I have 720's. Also, my low fuel trim goes up as high as 118% and stays there. My other fuel trims are fine, and every rpm setting is set at -28% besides my 1k correction settings. Also, my wideband reads very lean at idle. In the 20:1 a/f ratios. I thought that maybe my oem o2 sensor wasn't reading right, until I used the wideband and it read lean as well. Any ideas? It seems that it would make no sense for any car to be running lean at idle, even with correction settings at 0% with injectors of this size.
