I realized when I took it off that I have a 90 DSM oil bracket gasket and they plugged it. So now my next project will be a external oil cooler for the car since its ready for it now. Just have to mount the cooler and run the lines!

Alot of dodge truck run Trans coolers that are the same as our Oil coolers and Cheap BUT like twice as tall. our stock 90 coolers are a 9 row I think and I beleave to dodge ones are a 18 row...

Hurry your ass up Zak! Your shit blew up way before mine did and I've already had mine done for 2 months/3000 miles now! :p

Can't wait to see it and give you a few ass-beatings... :D I LOVE E85!!!

Everything is done and bolted together fellas.

Bleed the clutch and brakes tomarrow. New Redline fluids in Rear end, Transfer, and Trans.

Oil/Water is already in.

Having a couple issues though.
no power windows, locks, seat belts, radio, or dome light.

Car cranks though, just havn't started it.
I"M EXCITED!!!!!!!

Next up:
Evo Maf - Evo 560s - SAFC - Keydiver - Intake - Meth/E85 all in one shot. Andre is tuning for me. 350awhp I'm hoping. :D

Check your fuses and grounds. Can't wait for videos. Good job.:thumb:

Check your alternator wires and make sure they aren't being grounded. I did that after I finished my build and I didn't have power to my accessories either, yet the car drove fine til the battery died. It blew the alternator fuse under the hood as well. Just about all of my dash lights were illuminated also... I ungrounded the wires, replaced the bolt-in 80A fuse and everything came back to life!

Oh, and BTW, f*ck the Keydiver/S-AFC garbage setup, buy Link, and let ME tune it for you!!! Link has worked WONDERS for my car.

why waste money on an evo maft, keydiver and the ancient SAFC when you could just get dsmlink for about the same cost? do you not want to control timing?

350awhp on E85 with 560cc injectors?

Cutting it close Zak.

Don't be supprised to be over the 100% IDC :]

Yeah, I didn't even think about the E85. If you are keeping your E316G and are going with E85, then you will definitely need larger injectors than 560s. I have 1600s with my 50-trim on E85 and at only 18psi I was getting about 55-60% IDC according to DSMLink. I would say with the E316G, 1000s and DSMLink would be the way to go. I'll have to talk to you more about this on the phone because I don't want to see you hurt something. Call me!

well the E85 is going to be for the winter project come february.

I'm looking into a larger turbo. Most likly the good ol' 35R.

For now I just want the simple street setup.

DSMLink will come soon, But I may just opt out of the keydiver setup and get Link all in all.
Just need to do a little more research on it to understand it more.

Second thought. I did have the Alt. hooked up wrong. Blew the fuse, replaced it, everything is golden. car has 35 miles on it, and is pushing coolant. Temp gauge read fine, but the upper radiator hose was pretty stiff and my cap was leaking from the pressure and it was pushing coolant into the overflow bottle. I havnt retorqued the headstuds yet, so I'm going to try that tonight and take her for another drive.

Slave cylinder is leaking, I have a new one on the way. Then she should be 100%
my POS honda DD is sooo much more comfortable! LOL.

I miss her tho, was fun to drive for those 35 miles :D

I'll add pics and videos tonight!

Torque your headstuds to 100psi and be done with it. None of that ### 80psi crap. I have pushed coolant every time I used the ARP specs. Snapped them to 100psi and haven't pushed a drop since.

Again, screw the Keydiver/S-AFC, get some miles on your car, buy Link and I'll show you how to use it. It's really easy. If you are taking the E85 route with the E316G, 1000s are needed. A 35R on E85 is going to need 1600s at least, and possibly a 2nd fuel pump depending on IDCs. Seriously, I'll help you out.

My buddy said screw it on got his set up chipped. He barely had to make any adjustments on his AFC. Car pulls hard. I wouldn't totally count it out unless you know for sure you're gonna swap set-ups real soon.

Might just have to live vicariously through your build haha. I'm leaving school and returning to AD Army so my build is on hold. Might even have to sell the car if I don't end up at Fort Lewis

162 miles on the new motors. Seems to run better than ever.

Other than Idle surge.
Push in the clutch and it dies. So I just hit the brakes to 1k RPM and it doesnt :D

No more coolant pushing.
Waiting for the new slave cylinder to get here from Mitsubishi dealership in Everett.

I need to post pics and videos. Dont have a start up video, it got deleted from my phone GRR.

Pics and a current video soon to come!
