You could try ebay. The ebay bumpers are pretty good quality. It where I got my OEM bumper from for 120bucks new. Hope this helps.

I got a Talon one.. basically the same just a talon symbol.. But i wouldnt beable to ship it, too big
But if your ever in canada I could let it go real cheap

Really... I got my OEM style front bumper cover for my eclipse off ebay and it was made of that ABS plastic, and it was decent quality. not sure about the Talon's (maybe change your search word) Good luck
