I went out saturday night... and raced a brand new evo over at the races by MATC.

Beat him 2 times in a row.

Dunno why he didnt beat me, but it sure was funny.

Well, there not really regular races

Just kids doin street racing... but the cops are being really cool about it for some reason.

There were like 15 races on saturday, and then the cops just rolled through and everyone left. Nobody got tickets.

hi, everyone.
I just came across this forum today. If you guys still want to set up a meet i am down. Live in madison.

A regular hang out would be cool too. Like a resturaunt one day a week or month or something

I'm stayin out of this one.......but this is a good idea. The classic car guys meet at the Wendys in Sun Prarie every wednesday night. We could do a Friday or Saurday.nothing formal with food and stuff. just a regular hang out

Discuss.

:laser:

Oh yeah.... I finally got my turbo cams. I think I;ll name the car "one piece at a time"

sounds good boys, i'd rather cruise the wash, but thats just me. i couldnt hang with u AWD boys anyways, but what the hell, it will be a good time. WE should make up a date in like 2 or 3 weeks so i can get off work. discuss

I don't know abut everyone else, but I think Madison would be the best place. We can do it on the East side so it would be closer to some. It's just that small town cops are ###holes and will give us problems.

Well the hang out spot would just be the gathering area. Look at the cars that show up and start a cruise or just hang if cruiing isn't your thing, like me.

no specifics....just like the first or third sat of the month we all show up around 8 or 9 and go from there.

It's just a spot that everyone knows we gather at. then on the off weekends even you may be able to catch a couple DSMers there.

THis sounds all way to familer...

If someone can pull it off, im down with it! Hopefully by then my car will be done. An running right (well at least running, "piece of crape" <--- sudden mind thought about my car) though i doubt it!

Acctually I hope it doesn't sound familiar at all. We couldn't pull off a meet befor I was hopeing that this suggestion would be less structured and that people would actually show up. You all cruise that wash anyhow so why not just pull into the parking lot of Taco Bell at 830-900 or so to meet some other tuners and check out the cars?

Just a thought.

How about the k-mart parking lot right off of east wash.

Its closed and im pretty sure the cops dont care there. And its a huge parking lot.

K-Mart souns ok. I would come this weekend, but will be in Chicago. Definetly come the next Friday or Saturday.

Anyone know where I can get some silicone hose reducers (3" to 2.5") for my intercooler piping? Some where near either Milwaukee or Madison. I couldn't find anybody and I want them now. I placed an order with extrememotorsports but are on back order, so I cancelled my order.
I tried abunch of trucking companies like Peterbilt but they don't carry anything in that size. I read from other threads that they got theirs from some trucking companies, but I have had no luck.
Any help tracking these down would be great.

Thanks, Mike

You could try Wilde Motorsports in Waukesha. Thier number is (262)-542-9300 extension 2. Ask for Brad, he should be able to get them for you.

There's a place right off Hwy 30, and fair oaks. Its a Semi parts store, and repair shop. I bought silcone hoses from them last year for my intercooler 2" to 2.5, im sure they got 3, to 2.5. Though i don't know the name of the place. Though you can see it right on 30, going to the E. wash exit.
