It sounds like most of you guys are from southern Wisconsin, so my vote would be Milwaukee. But just to throw it out there Green Bay has some cool parks that have indoor pavilions. Ok,

I can't believe how indecisve we are on this meet! We have almost exaclly 1 month to decide. Everyone has had good ideas and locations. I guess making it harder for everyone to decide. What i gather from reading everyones post is that it doesn't matter, as long as it happens. So i give it two weeks more for all of us as a group to decide. So far Milwaukee is winning, so people from milwaukee you guys half to get situated on a location. I feel we have a loction for madison if it goes in that direction. Other wise in 2 weeks if nothing is set, im going to get togather with rookieupgrade1 and set the loction making it final no matter what the vote talley's are. Planning is everything here guy's!!!

Looks like were lacking some deserts, I can bring cookies or something. I hear that the date is set for May 10th. Is that official? Final exams for me start that day but I should still be able to make it, as long as I can get my car down here.

Yeah my car is in Green Bay, I will hopefully be able to pick it up Friday the 9th. Then drive it back to Milwaukee. If I can't get it that would be awesome if I could get a ride. I will let you know either way. Thanks a lot

OK, I did a little research and found some prices to reserve park spots.
Madison $85 for a full day $58 for a half day
Waukesha County $50 day
Milwaukee County $50 day
shelter without electricity additional $60
On a side note you only have to have a permit in Milwaukee if you are going to consume alcoholic beverages. If you do not get a permit though, there will be no bathrooms, which would probably be bad!

I put my vote down for Milwaukee. I need to know a final date and location before I can make a positive commitment to be there though. Once we decide I'll confirm that I am coming and I will post what I am bringing.
