wire harness question

I have read through the FAQ's and cannot determine the answer to my question. Here is what I am doing. I have a 1997 gst that got totaled. I picked up a 1995 tsi without an engine/transmission/ecu. I am going to do the swap but I want to know if the wire harness from the ecu to the engine will work or if I need to swap all of that as well. I hope you can help me out.

I know there is not a difference between the talon and eclipse, the differnce i am wondering is between the 97 and 95. The cas is different so what would be needed in wiring the 97 cas into a 95 car. thanks for any help
