will a hx35 from a cummins truck work?

Just makin sure it will work tue same on my car as does one designed for gas engines? Also anyone know what all i need to buy to switch from 16 to this

There was never one designed for gas engines.

You'll need a bep housing, oil lines, and wastegate to run it on as close to a bolton setup as you can.

I've heard of people running them and making good power, but yeah conversion if you don't know how (and you definitely should look at that install guide above) can be pretty rough for sure

Yea man.. Had you even searched the slightest bit the keyword "hx35" you would have had pages full of information.. Including :

But to answer you, it will work.. Will it be cheap? Not entirely. You could either go with the BEP .55 a/r housing and use your stock manifold and down pipe. You'd still need a wastegate.. Or, you could keep the turbo's stock 12cm housing and buy a T3 exhaust manifold and have to make a custom downpipe and still need wastegate/s.. There is also A LOT of reading to be done on your part about your specific oil feed and drain situation..
