Why no 3g eclipses????

Hey, I was just wondering...This is probably a stupid question but. Why are there no 3g eclipses included in this site? I dont have one, and to be honest I dont really like them either, but it just seems odd that they are never even reffered to. Is there a reason for this?

Because they share almost nothing with the past Eclipses except for the name. And they aren't DSMs.

they're not mentioned because they're crap. and nothing like the 1g and 2gs

DSM stand for Diamond Star Motors. a joint venture betwen Chrysler and mitsubishi ranging from 1990-1997, The eclipse, Talon and laser were the offspring of this program, and thus only these three cars are considered DSM's. from 97-99 mistubishi continued to build the eclipe to the same specs even though chrysler killed the eagle line.

dsm or diamond star motors was a joint venture between mitsu and chrysler between the years 90-99 it was from this company that the talon, eclipse, and laser were created, by the time the 3rd gen eclipse came about the dsm company had been dissolved and taken over by mitsubishi by themselves, at that time the turbo and all wheel drive that we've all come to love were no longer offered, and instead were replaced by the crappy engines in the current lineup, this site only covers the dsm versions of these cars...........

Technically the stealth and 3000gt were not part of the DSM program but rather Dodge purchasing a chassis from mitsubishi.

You wanna get really technical?? DSM's have a DSM sticker on them, this includes most 1G's, some 2g's, and some Dodge Avengers.
