Why does this '99 look so boring?

I'm looking at a '99 Eclipse that I found for sale and in the pic it looks boring. Others I have seen look very agressive in comparison. What am I missing?

low rise spoiler, No window tint. Small/ugly wheels with poor "stance" and small tires. Stock ride height. Kinda looks like a monster truck.

Its not a 2gb talon.

If you comparing it to the turbo models the wing is a 3 piece low rise, door handle is black, wheels look to be 15 inch, so it's got alot of wheel gap so ya.

I'm partial to the blue myself but I jus kept looking at it and thinking it kinda looks ugly. Something was missing; an RS, now I know.

The spoiler is not really a big deal for now. Just needs a better stance by lowering the car. And a decent set of 17-maybe 18 inch rims

Well the blue doesn't look bad, but the rims being so small or the car just not being lowered, and particularly the rim style don't look to be any kind of aggressive, maybe black stocks or some dark rims, maybe anything but those. Some dark tint would look nice. This is just speaking from a visual sense of the car. The black handles aren't a set back really at all. Otherwise it looks fine. These aren't too expensive of things to put on a car, then at least it will look aggressive. : )

There's nothing wrong with that interior/exterior parts car. Body panels are in good shape, would do a 4g63 great justice.
