If my counting is correct, it's top row, 5 over.. why do i not have a wire going into this...?

Actually if you looked before, my last post a few days ago was

http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/electrical-tech/402079-confused-tapping-wideband-0-5v.html

So obviously i knew that man.. haha I know the rule to search man, and i do it ALOT, but i just can't figure out why i don't have a wire going to what i believe is pin 75..

i may be counting back from wrong side.. if i count 5 over from other side, it comes to a white wire,.. idk if this is the right one though.
