Here's some of the car stuff I got. Energy Suspension bushings(front and rear), Fluidampr harmonic balancer, and a 30psi boost gauge.

Merry Christmas everyone. I just got stuff for the house; I did get myself a timing belt kit, BSEK, and turbo timer for the 1g though.

I got a 300 piece Chrome wrench and socket set and the complete armorall set and a 16g big turbo..id say a pretty productive X-mas wouldnt you?

I have not taken it to the machine shop yet, but I don't think the head is damaged beyond repair, as it was just a t-belt failure(bent 5 intake and 3 exhaust).

p.s. I know a lot of you have had to have head work done, and since I never have, could someone PM me what I can expect to be paying the machine shop?

The smiles of joy that I watched on my son's face as he had the best Christmas an 18 month old could get. Also the Dada's as he walked over and showed me each of his gifts, the hugs and the playing of Playskool toys with him in my parents living room.

Nothing car related...although i did buy some snow tires and new wheels for my daily driver, i guess that's a present to myself but it was more of a necessity.

From the girlfriend:
- New MLS head gasket for the FWD.
- New Keyspan adapter for Link since my old one sh!t the bed.
- 1GB of RAM for the laptop. Speed is always appreciated!
- Nice dress jacket, since I rarely wear a jacket when we go out.
- Bob Ross DVD's. Watching that guy paint is so relaxing.


From the parents:
- $250 to buy a new engine hoist...my old one refuses to lift anything heavier than a Briggs & Stratton.
- New Gearwrenches that have a swiveling ratchet head. Awesome!
- A complete set of new wire brushes since mine are all haggered and missing important bristles.

...plus tons of other useful trinkets. All in all, it was a great Christmas.

My New Year's resolution is to get at least one of my cars going down the track for the first time in two years. I've been too busy with customer work....now I've made some "Jus time".
