I was trying to figure out why my door locks haven't been working. I took the cheap alarm out last weekend, nogo. So I re-installed the passenger side door lock cylinder, someone punched it out when they stole the radio(thank god they didn't cut the roof). And re-installed the switch thats on the back of the lock cylinder, nothing. I also noticed that the bar the lock cylinder and the lock lever on the inside of the door was connected to nothing. I was trying to find what connected to them, and found this..... OMG

The wiring harness that was connected to it is fine, amazingly. What is this called so I can get new ones for both doors...

That's what happened when they performed nuclear weapons testing near where DSMs were born. :p Looks like the wiring shorted and delivered a nice helping of thermal oxidation. Was the door panel or steel around it scortched at all? If you want to know what it was use the wiring diagram in your manual and trace the wire colors of the connector.

Half of it is still melted to the door.... Where can I get a wiring diagram for the doors?

Most of the wiring diagrams dont specify what area of the car the wires are located but you can find components that are in the same region to pinpoint the wires you're looking for. So find the door lock solenoid wiring and look for the wire colors of the connector that melted and you should eventually find the component you're looking for.
If you need a wiring diagram for your car check the Frequently Answered Questions.
