1998 Gs-T. I have heard both 180 and 195. Would a lower temp help power? How low?

Sounds right I think it was 195 89-94 then 180 95-99. Can anyone confirm?

remember if you run to low of temps your car is going to run in "warm up" mode and dump extre fuel. I cant remember when that kicks in but I read it somewhere.

Flinch your in kentucky man!! Come to AZ with your DSM and go through a summer here, you dont need lower thermostat than stock =) I was running a 180*, but usually will switch to a 165* for summer. I just have to find one that will fit the talon. Anything after 150-160 the car is in closed loop.

So not much point in going lower than 180 which is stock??
