I connected a hose that moves air into a entrance that moves coolant. These were where I connected them, what should I look after to clean or fix.

Damn a picture wasn't taken correctly. But the rubber tube was connected to an intake filter housing looks like I'm not sure.

He connected from one of the TB cooling lines to the Intake piping. Odds are there is coolant all in the turbo intake side, and if you have a side mount intercooler thats probably got coolant in it (or a front mount). Really depends how long you cranked it/ ran it. Pretty sure it was sucking/ pushing it straight out the cooling system. May want to even pull all the plugs and rotate it a few time to clear out the cylinders.

To be a little more specific, what I would do is. Pull both pipes off the turbo intake side and use a compressor and spray some air in. ( wearing safety glasses and face mask of course ) to get anything out of there. Then drop the sidemount intercooler and dump it out, clean it, re attach it. Then pull the plugs and spin the engine over a few times to get anything out of the cylinders. Put it all back together, put coolant, start it up. Make sure you either hook the throttle body line back up to the tb or cap it off. The line from the intake pipe should go the the side of the valve cover.

Damn, I have no cherry picker to take the motor out. Car is stock with no intercooler I believe.

You DO NOT have to take the motor out.

Step 1: Clean intake side of turbo out with compressed air.
Step 2: Clean sidemount intercooler out (Should be behind front bumper on passenger side)
Step 3: Pull spark plugs out spin engine over with the key like you're trying to start it to spray all the sh** out)
Step 4: make sure everything is assembled properly as it should be and has fluids. Also check your oil to make sure its doesn't have coolant in it, worst case scenario change the oil.

Did you actually get it running or just crank it for a couple minutes? This could mean the difference between a small headache and a large one. Pull your intercooler for sure. If you see signs of coolant keep pulling stuff apart as Clipsoe suggests. If you don't see any signs of coolant reaching your intercooler....just work back from there to be sure for piece of mind.

Most of what you've said is vague and unclear. Did you or did you not start the motor? Or did you just crank it for a few minutes without actually starting? I have to ask what on earth were you doing? Randomly hooking up hoses? I'd like to help but some backstory is in order.

Oh ok gotcha, I was fixing a coolant leak where the thermostat sits. After fixing and waiting for seals to dry I cranked the car on but just left it on still in neutral while I looked for any signs of leaks and found the the metal tube that connects to the turbo is soldered and has dripping coolant weirdly enough where the tube bends in the U shape. I guessed there was coolant traveling through there and that's when I realized that I mistakenly connected a tube that moves air with an exit for traveling coolant. I'm still learning car.

I put the keys in the ignition, floored the clutch and switched the keys until motor turned on. I didn't touch the stick shift at all checked engine, saw what went wrong and immediately turned off engine. Approx 5 min of motor on.

Follow the advice above. Clean out all the intake pipes. Intercooler. Cylinders etc.
Do you know how much coolant it lost? How did it run? Did it overheat? How did you not notice? Surely there was a plume of smoke from the exhaust.

Drain the oil and change the filter before you go any further.

Just a good tip, ALWAYS LABEL your lines and connectors so this sh** doesnt happen again. Just some masking tape and a magic marker :thumb:.

Would you please form complete sentences? This entire thread is very difficult to understand. Why are you concerned about brand of oil in this thread? You've got much bigger problems. You've been Iinstructed on what to do. Take one step at a time. If you can't handle this then in all honesty I would suggest finding a good mechanic.

Update:I took off what connects to the air filter and connects to turbo, coolant was present in small amounts I will continue to remove spark plugs and send the junk out! Thank you all for the advise.

If this happens to anyone I recommend cleaning the intercooler since it's already out. Clean the tubing as well, oil seems to line up in decent amounts on the walls within the tubing and piping.
