No pressure tank on the WI?
Is it better to inject at the UICP than before the IC? I was thinking you'd get better vaporization before the IC, just after the compressor.

My system doesn't need a pressurized tank because the 100psi pump creates all the pressure I'll need. Only the very weak pumps (ie: windshield washer pumps) need to be augmented with a pressurized tank, and in order for good atomization with Aquamist nozzles you need much higher pressure available than pressurized tanks can provide.

Some people do put nozzles before the I/C, however, the misting of water that comes out of the Aquamist nozzles is very very fine. I'm sure it has no trouble totally vaporizing after the I/C in the heat & pressures of the engine.
