Went to the Track for a First time

Ok i went to the track for the first time with my 92 Laser RS AWD and the best time i hit was a 14.2 @ 95.36mph I couldnt launch the car and my 60ft was a 2.2, was this good and could i improve. my mods are 2.5 turbo back exhaust no cat, upper intercooler pipe, k&n filter, evo 3 exhaust manifold, boost controler set at 16psi, and a walbro 190lph fuel pump. how much could i improve with a good launch and shifting?

From what I've seen a 1.7 to a 1.9 is considered a "good" sixty foot time. Correct me if I'm wrong

Yeah, that 2.2 is like a FWD 60'

If you launched at 5k and slipped the clutch, and pulled a 1.7, You may be able to see a 13.8 maybe lower. Good Luck.

A friend of mine went a 13.3 with less mods on 110 Octane race gas at 19lbs.

Turn the boost up, get some race and you could see mid 13's.
