Weird Speedometer Problems

Some reason on my way to work my speedometer will sit at zero unless i make a left turn then it will read. it will also read if i accelerate hard. turning right and brake will keep it at zero. I think it is pretty funny but i would like to fix it. Where is the speed O sensor on a 97 GS manual tran.

Sticking up out of the top of the differential, back by the firewall. Check its connector first, my '95 was all goofy from a loose one.

I found the problem. My windshield washer fluid line somehow melted and washer fluid leaked on the sensor. I cleaned it up and it works fine now.
