weird noise when turning right

anytime that im going slow, like 5mph and i turn the wheel to the right it starts making a weird noise, maybe grinding like or so. happens about 1/2 of the way into the turn and does it. this started right after i lowered the car. its not the tire rubbing and it only does it when i turn right. sometimes if i turn the wheel real slow it wont do it and it does nto seem to do it when im driving a tnormal speeds, just goign slow like to turn into a driveway or something... any ideas of what it could be?

are the cv joints different from the ball joints? also, someone on another forum said it may be the splash shields behind the rotor and that it coulod be bent and hitting the rotor. not sure though, guess ill check when i get home. what would i have to do to fix teh cv joints?

could be your struts. do you have a strut bar? it might be to tight or tightend unevenly

Sounds to me as though it is the cv joint. The reason I say this is that it only happens when turning one way and at a slow speed. I have had this happen and it sounds as though you are experiencing the same thing. Look at the cv boot on the right side, if it is ripped then that is the problem. Just get a new axle at any automotive store, they only cost about 70$. Good luck
