Hey guys I just bought a mechanical water temp gauge because I think my stock one is alittle fault. So I was wondering where is the best place to mount it, with out have to drill and tap into anything
Also if you have and pics that would be great

Are you talking about the sensor or the gauge? Depending on the thread size, you can get rid of the cluster gauge (the little sensor on the tstat). The threads should be 1/8 but I can be wrong there. Or you can get a adapter that goes in your upper rad hose. (I have one for sale). I ended up taping an extra port on my tstat. If you see in the pic, the green in my hose is an adapter. I personally think tapping would be your best bet but thats my opinion. I think its important to keep both sensors on your tstat. But the little one CAN be unused.
