1.) Call JNZTuning.com (or other vendor) and order a new one for ~$40
2.) Email Gary at mitsubishigraveyard.com and get a used one shipped for about half that price
3.) Shop the Tuners classifides for a used one for $15-25

Install is easy. Remove water lines and a coupel mountign bolts and slips right out of the water pump. Make sure you recover the o-ring and replace if torn/bad :dsm:

2g head and tstat housing?

remove the Tstat housing from the head to free up one side, remove the bolts, then remove the UIP to access the hoses. recommend you get a 90 degree pick tool to get tehm off, or jsut replace with new ones. Don't forget teh water feed to the sandwich cooler.
Remove the inlet pipe/snorkel.

Then twist turn and curse to get the pipe free from the waterpump. I did mine (2g - 1g) at the same time as the t28-14b turbo swap so I dunno if there even is room to get it out without removing or at least loosening the turbo.

It took me a couple of hours to get it out. IF you just have a small dent, it isn't worth the trouble.
