wastegate accuator

I just got my new big 16g today. The box it came in took a good beating, eveything looks O.K. but the wastegate accuator is very hard to move. It has a small ding in it, I would think that it should move a little more freely. Is it normal or did UPS f@%$ it up? If it is messed up where can I get a new one and how much do they run? Thanks for the help.

The one on my stock turbo was very hard to move by hand. I had a hell of a time trying to get it back on the flapper when it came off. I didn't mess with my 16g when I got it so I don't know if it was the same.
