Venom PCM Instalation Instructions NEEDED

This time no ish about why you think I wasted my money on the mod. What will help me now is some detailed instructions on how to install the Venom Performance Control Module to my ECU

calling the manufactor wont give me a diagram of where the wires go. Its alled ADHD, I cant listen to someone tell me where to plug shit in, I have to see a guide

I have a buddy that just installed that shit on his ride, it really made no difference in performance, BUT hey to each his own!!! anyway I will talk to him a little later tonight and see if I can get the Diagram for you.......... and all of the how/what/when/where ?'s you may have! I will try to get online a little later but my COMP. at home BITES!!!! so you may have to wait unitl tomorrow, THAT IS IF HE STILL HAS THE DIAGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!! PEACE!!!!!

Guess what man!!!! NO DIAGRAM! BUT he said if you call VENOM customer support they WILL be able to email or fax you a copy of the instructions! I hope everything works out! and by the way when I spoke to my friend last night he said good luck with the chip, he was down to around 200-225miles to a tank!! that is horrible gas mileage! anyway have fun!!!!

Thanks, but I dont have a fax machine. Today im going to look into getting it installed by a professional, I dont want to mess anything up. I allready asked around and shops around here refuse to do it because they say it will screw my car up and they don't want to be responsible.

There is an off swich and I will have it off unless I race, so it wont mess up my gas milage. What sucks is if there is a spur of the moment race, I cant fli[ it on while my car is running, I'd have to "pretend to kill it" or something. But oh well it does nothing anyway right? Wouldn't more fuel/air mix mean more power? I dunno but whatever, it was only $50

It's all good, drama is a waste of time, I got nuthin but Luv 4 ya guys because we all come here to get help and to give help when we can, thats why I appreciate the HELPFUL info, not the childish replies.

If our local shop Trick It wants more than $50 to install (Option R wants $80) Im just going to sell this.

i know you dont wanna hear this, but i had the jet one and i dont know the major difference, but sometimes i couldnt rev my car past 4000 rpms. it seemed to hit rev limiter and my check engine light would be on a lot. so hope this doesnt happen to you. other times my car would run like crap and the other times it ran w/ out touchin the gas. like i said, you may not wanna hear this, but im just saying it so you know some consequences

No its cool I appreciate the info.

My boi Travis wants to buy it anyway, I told him if it costs more than $50 to install, I will sell it to him. How much should I try and get? I'd like $100, $50 profit off it wouldnt be bad... Or do you guys think its worth the "risk" people I talk to claim it doesnt screw up my car, especially considering I will have it off 99% of the time

just sell it and make the $50 profit. since you wont use it 99% of the time and its gonna cost you money to put it in your car, its not worth it. you eliminate the chance of doing harm to your engine too. some people that i thought were reliable told me that it wouldnt screw my car up either. i had it installed professionally cuz i didnt have the time to do it myself. those same people came back and told me that it was hooked up wrong. i double checked it and everything was ok. i dunno what you wanna get from that info. good luck w/ it anyway
