What the crap is the world coming too... My buddy sent me an email saying that someone shot up the school. I thought he was playing around until it came on the news. 20 killed?!? dozens more injured!!! ?!? I have friends there. This is too much....

I don't understand it, if you can't handle life, put a bullet in your own f*cking head. Not someone you don't know just because they are better then you.

I wonder what is going on? Didnt they have shootings earlier this year, and also it was 2 shooters on this one/ The news reports are all over on this one.

I have lived in Blacksburg for 8 years and go to Virginia Tech

The first day of classes 2 ppl were shot and killed by William Morva who escaped from the regional hospital killing a unarmed guard and injuring a cop, the nest day he killed another cop on a walking trail near campus

About 2 weeks ago on a Monday a bomb threat was issued, 2 weeks later on Friday 4/13another bomb threat was issued. Now this happens 22 dead, shooter dead, 4 in critical.

Its hard to beleive that this town is like this, its normally very safe.

Supposedly he was looking for his girlfriend...he lined up people on the wall and just shot aimlessly at them...The kid who told the news that, just dropped to the floor when he did this and played dead...That is insane. Like stated before...you life sucks? Dont bring anyone down with you.

Its a shame...we need air marshals, now for me to even consider class marshals...

Story is, He Shot a Guy and Girl in a dorm room ( Possibly GF and Cheater ? ) then dissapeared for 2 hours and ended up on the other side of campus and shot the other 30 some people in 1 class room. Then shot himself.

I just don't understand what would drive anyone to go on a killing spree. If you life sucks that much, it's probably your fault. Don't take it out on innocent people. Even though it's thousands of miles away from me, I feel for everyone that's going through this tragedy.

Murder has nothing to do with guns, you can kill somebody with a shoelace if you want to. Not having a gun isn't going to miraculously change the person's(murderer's) mind.
