Do any of you guys know about what the average hotel room rate is in Layton/SLC?

speeking of money, how much for karting ? seems like its going to be another pulling the dsm / rabbit out of my ass trick this month.

It'll just be overnight, we're coming up sat. morning staying sunday night and coming back sunday afternoon. but yeah a few rates on rooms and pricing for karting would be awesome so that i can let the other people coming with me know how much money to bring.

I personally prefer the The Indy; since there is one qualifier and a 35 lap race.

I bought all the paint last weekend, so this weekend I am hoping to get her painted and installed.

Right on hopefully it'll be done in time. What's everybody think about having a little fast food fight on I-15 that saturday night? And does anybody have new info on any rates for hotel rooms?

Right on Shawn. So which parking lot are we meeting up at? I think we'll be there around 11:30 or maybe earlier so i need to know which lot to go to in case noone's there yet.

I am not sure which lot. I will probably make my way to the lot by the food court since I have this strange urge to migrate towards edible delights.

So I will just be there, or driving around to the different parking lots looking for the crowd of DSMs.

EDIT: I just read through the thread again on UTdsm.org and it said that we will be meeting by the flagpole at the mall. However, I have never paid attention enough to notice a flagpole there. So I will still just drive around till I find them.

Hey guys, sorry about the pause in communication, I've not had internet access for the past week and a half or so.

This is still going down, starting 12pm beneath the flagpole at Layton Hills Mall [it's huge, you can see the flag from most of Layton]. We'll meet there, chill for a bit, then migrate over to the Layton City Sports Complex, where we'll have a barbecue and chill out. From there, we'll bounce over to Speed Street and have some racing fun!

I've still got to figure approximate hotel fees and such, but I'll definitely post that up later today, sorry about the delay guys.

We are all 20 but two of the four other people that are coming with me but not driving are 21+.
