speeking of money, how much for karting ? seems like its going to be another pulling the dsm / rabbit out of my ass trick this month.

It'll just be overnight, we're coming up sat. morning staying sunday night and coming back sunday afternoon. but yeah a few rates on rooms and pricing for karting would be awesome so that i can let the other people coming with me know how much money to bring.

The indy sounds good to me, but then again i'm down for anything and everything. Hey diablos you get your 2gb talon wing on her yet?

I bought all the paint last weekend, so this weekend I am hoping to get her painted and installed.

I am looking forward to this weekend. I got the 2gb wing all painted and installed for you guys.

I am not sure which lot. I will probably make my way to the lot by the food court since I have this strange urge to migrate towards edible delights.

So I will just be there, or driving around to the different parking lots looking for the crowd of DSMs.

EDIT: I just read through the thread again on UTdsm.org and it said that we will be meeting by the flagpole at the mall. However, I have never paid attention enough to notice a flagpole there. So I will still just drive around till I find them.

Hey guys, sorry about the pause in communication, I've not had internet access for the past week and a half or so.

This is still going down, starting 12pm beneath the flagpole at Layton Hills Mall [it's huge, you can see the flag from most of Layton]. We'll meet there, chill for a bit, then migrate over to the Layton City Sports Complex, where we'll have a barbecue and chill out. From there, we'll bounce over to Speed Street and have some racing fun!

I've still got to figure approximate hotel fees and such, but I'll definitely post that up later today, sorry about the delay guys.

more info on the bbq !! hey everybody please thanxs dorifto for paying for the meet and beer :rocks:

Thanks Dorifto.:D

I will be bringing some beverages, and will share to those of age.

Do we need to bring Meat/chips/bread?

Bring any extra goodies you want, I'll provide the burgers and buns.

I can't provide any alcoholic beverages, as I'm not 21, but you're more than welcome to bring your own. Local laws apply :D.

Man, this is gonna be sweet! Theres a couple of DSM's here around BYU that I'll probably try to leave a note with, but this sounds like it's going to be amazing! Can't wait!

hey i was joking man i had no idea you were really bringing food and drinks! thats why i asked for more info but aright then ill pick something up on a smiths around... how old is the crowd heading to the mall this saturday ? not that it really matters just curious

Most excellent. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there, we'll be sure it's going to be a good time.

If anyone's got any last-minute questions, feel free to call me any time, [801]-928-9443.

Fantastic meet Dave-O.
Here are some pictures of the turnout, which was a lot larger than I imagined it would be.

We definitely have to do it again sometime.

Awesome pics Shawn, I'll have to post up my snaps in a little bit.

Thanks again to everyone who showed up, brought goodies, and had a good time. We'll definitely do this again, probably the end of summer/fall timeframe - also a bit more organized on my part, hah.
