The next new crank pulley and accessory pulleys are for the Evo V thru IX. The crank pulley is part# CS981, the alternator pulley is part#AS981 and the water pump pulley is WS981.
The stock crank pulley weighs in at a fairly meaty 3.7 lbs for a single 6 rib belt. This Nano-lite stock diameter version weigh in at a svelte .6 lbs. The reduction of rotational weight is over 95%.
The stock diameter alternator pulley weighs .43 lbs and the new alternator pulley weighs .008 lbs.
The stock diameter water pump pulley weighs 1 lb and the new nano-lite version weighs .39 lbs. The outer diameter of this pulley has 3 mil black hardcoat plating to eliminate the potential for wear as the rougher back side of the belt rides this pulley.
We can make these new versions or any version this community might want with as little as a 10 piece group commitment per version.
All together these pulleys reduce rotational mass by over 98%.
When we first made the underdrive version of this crank pulley our great friends down at Alamo Autosports ran some before after dyno testing on their stock Evo VIII (1 week in between for ECU learning).
