God I wish I could post in the general section...

Anyways, this is one of those questions where there is no real right or wrong answers....just peoples opinions.

Im on a stock 7bolt right now, mods are: turbonetics t60, trubonetics exhaust manifold, 3" turbo-back, intake, SBR FMIC, HKS SSQV (switching over to a greddy type s thats on the intercooler piping right now), SAFCII (might be getting dsmlink), 190lph walbro fuel pump (might have to switch to a 250 if I use 1000cc inj.) I'm getting a Tial external wastegate soon, plus gauges and blah blah blah.... and I think thats about it.

I plan on running 25psi for races for now....until I can get my engine built up later on, and was wondering what size injectors you would guys would get. Really, all I need is like 750's....but some people suggested going with 1000's so I can make better numbers on pump gas.

Now the catch is, I use this car as my daily driver, and 1000cc injectors would send my gas mileage to hell I think. If I just stay off boost (wont be too hard with this laggy turbo) can I keep my good gas mileage? (almost 300 miles a tank).

750's, or 1000's?

Thanks for your opinions.

The injectors aren't going to give you bad mileage, the tuning and your right foot will give you bad gas mileage. What are the specs of your turbo? Is it a 60-1 compressor? I don't see a T-60 on the Turbonetics site.

For a turbo that large you will need 1000 CC. Good luck getting to car to run worth a crap with an AFC and 1000's though. The max it can handle is 750's and that is pushing it.
I'll be using....um....ah...im having a brain fart.
That stage 3 chip that compensates for bigger injectors.

60-1 is BELIEVED.....but im not 100% sure yet. It might be some hybrid, I bought it used.

Specs coming soon.

I am currently running PTE 880's with my Turbonetics T60-1 HiFi. In street tune I run 24 psi (moves on average 48-50 lb/mins) and my injectors run at about 55-60% duty at 10.9-11.2:1 a/f,. 1000cc are an option, but going too big still does hurt drivability, no matter how you compansate. I use DSMLink and it idles better than alot of stock DSM in my area with the 880's. Gas milage sucks when you hammer on the car, but I still get 28-20mpg on the highway.
