Hey I was told that installing a turbo timer would make my car last longer...? does anyone know how hard or if it is easy to do or if they make any that just plug in. Also what one do you all use if you use one

I have a blitz, and it's great for me. You don't need anything fancy for a turbo timer. Just something that does it's job. The cheaper the better.

Mine cost 90 with a harness

i think the apexi is loke 100 buck. and it will give you a digital o2 gauge.

Mine was free. It's called a bit of self control.

I used to manually time my car, but sometimes you don't have time to sit there and wait, or go back outside and shut it off. Getting a turbo timer was a pretty big relief, it's really convenient.

Honestly, all you need to do is drive for 30sec to a minute after boosting to clear the oil out. Unless you are shutting it down immediately after a run or are not changing your oil, you should not have trouble with coking.

Save yourself the $100+ and buy some synthetic, that will go a long way, moreso than the little TT.

Or take the $100+ and invest it LOL
