1G Turbo swap, insane smok

So background:

MHI big 16g, with 14b hotside, removed to install 16g hotside.

Hotside was machined flat on both surfaces and broken stud removed. Also while I was under there did an oil change and filter while there.

Bolt all back together, start car up to bleed coolant, and a f*** load of smoke just starts pouring out. I keep it running to bleed coolant, coolant fully bled, and still smoking so I shut it off. So much smoke neighbors thought there was a fire. The smoke is very consistent, I have a video but am not able to upload yet but pics of the video below

Any ideas?

I had something very similar happen. I pulled my motor last winter and it sat on a stand until this spring. The car didn't smoke a bit when I pulled the motor. Fast forward to this spring and I swapped the turbo and some other parts from my old motor onto my new one. Started it up and it was smoking like a bi***. Here's why:

I have no idea why, but the turbo was pushing oil past the seals like they weren't even there. I had oil in the compressor side as well. I rebuilt the turbo, and it's all good now.

Just FYI, my turbo was leaking so bad it dumped a bunch of oil in the O2 housing and downpipe. I had to run the car for nearly an hour before all the oil burned off and it quit smoking.

An easy check would be to pull the intake pipe. Check for oil in the compressor inlet. If that's clean, pull the downpipe and check for oil.

You can also pull the plugs and check for oil contamination there. They will be wet, and look like poop if the motor is pushing oil. Run a compression test if you suspect the rings. You'll have to pull the exhaust mani and inspect the valve stems for signs of leaking oil to due to valve seals.

Okay I went home. No leaks ar the feed lines. Although my oil is half low... Even tho I just did an oil change. In thinking what gst with psi was saying, but how would a turbo just go bad for sitting for a week then reinstalled?
 
No. I didn't when I installed it originally installed it, and it worked fine. Figured same here, but I guess mind doesn't think right in 103 heat. Does it sound like my turbo is blown?
 
Okay so upon removal of turbo I found a piece of like little rubber gasket mixed with a bunch of oil to form a little piece that blocked drain line (turbo to block) is there a way to test the seals? Or are they forsure blown
