Alright guys I finally finsihed most of my turbo kit. I will be doing a brief write-up on the process when I have time, but for now heres some pictures from the install. I still need a downpipe. I will be having the car towed to a shop for a custom one to be made. Hopefully 3".
List of items/mods for conversion:

Custom Log style exhaust manifold
MHI Super 20G turbo w/ internal wastegate
FMIC
Homemade manual Boost controller (Soon to be Dual stage MBC)
Vortech 12:1 FMU
Autometer oil pressure and boost gauges
Aeroqip hoses and SS lines
Walboro 255lph fuel pump
Custom I/C plumbing (used Hahn SMIC kit w/ modifications)
3" Tsudo Cat-back
3" test pipe
2.5-->3" downpipe w/ flex section (will be modified for fitment at shop)

For the most part this is everything I have, or can remember.. Along with my built and stroked motor..

For the time being I will be running 8psi on stock injectors. When I upgrade injectors I will be using a DS MBC and SAFC-II with dyno tuning using wideband by Slow Boy Racing.

We started the car and everything sounded fine, it was just a little loud with no downpipe :D .

Needed to make a bracket for the wastegate.. The housing was swapped so the actuator was LOW.. looks ghetto now but we shaved it up some..

Sorry for all the pics but like I said I took alot to document this later. Probably a write up..

Yeah you'll notice there are alot of pics of where the downpipe should be.. We had to take as many as we could and find an exhaust shop whom could fabricate around such a tight fit. We just took the digital around different businesses and had the guys take a look at what I was dealing with. If you look closely youll see I had to disconnect my AC lines because it was in the way.. The space is definately a tight fit, but we found a reputable shop who can get the job done..

:dsm: Cmon now. 76 views and 1 reply? Give me some inputs here guys I've worked hard and long on this. Most of you helped me to get this done believe it or not... eh, oh well then... :dsm:

Yea I didn't take the pics my 'non-mechanically-equipped' friend did.

Can anyone take a look at my wastegate to see if it will hold up? I mounted it pretty good but I'm still nervous as to how well it holds up...

Don't come around here much but am considering doing a turbo install on my 99 RS at the beginning of next year. About how much did the turbo setup cost you? Are you using stock internals? How much boost are you going to try to get?
Was thinking of buying a long block and tearing it down to build up with different rods, pistons, etc. before the end of the year and just trying to get an idea of what route would be the best.
