Turbo Help

I am looking at getting a turbo for my NT. I found this 20g T3/T4 ported and clipped, thought a 20g was a turbo alone as was a t3t4 but maybe this guy is trying to get more hits that way. I know what ported is, but I need to know what they do when they clip the turbo. Sorry if this sounds dumb but I dont want to get this without knowing what a clipped turbo is.

Run far away as possible from this assclown. A 20G is a Mitsu turbo, while a T3/T4 is a Garrett hybrid. Two totally different animals.

clipping a turbo is removing material from the turbine wheel. This creates more top end power at the expense of slower spool up time.

I was curious myself, what exactly clipping a turbo did.
