Tuning w/out a Wideband

Is it possible to tune your car without a wideband o2 sensor throughout the rev range accurately? And what would be the better way to go, an HKS VPC, or a 2G MAS and S-AFC?

Is it possible to measure something without a ruler?

In your case, the 2G MAF will probably be more than adequate.

a wideband is the most accurate, but if you want a general idea, there are other things such as dataloggers.
