This guide is designed to help those who are jsut starting to tune their cars. It allows you to input your own data and car info, and it will give you some BASELINE data to start off your tuning at, as well as giving you information on the parts that are inputed such as Maximum Horsepower.

REMEMBER TO USE A DATALOGGER WHEN MAKING ANY CHANGES. A $150 Logger is better then paying $1000 for a new engine.

As you can see below, this is the first sheet, where you input your cars stock values. Here are some examples for the first line:

1G, Turbo, 5 Speed: 36-38psi Fuel Pressure. 450cc Injectors
1G, Turbo, Auto: 42-44psi Fuel Pressure. 390cc Injectors
2G, Turbo, Any: 42-44psi Fuel Pressure. 450cc Injectors

On the second line, you can input the maximum Duty Cycle you want your injectors see and your desired a/f ratio. Stock is 9.4:1, well tuned pump gas is around 11:1, and well tuned race gas can be up to around 12.5:1

If you put your mouse over the red corners, you will get more info about each of the boxes.

As you can see below now, you can see the different settings for your setup depending on what injectors and fuel pressure you are running.
I put some commonly used values in there to help you out.

As you can see, you can get the Max Injector Output and Max Horsepower (which is dependant on the Max Duty Cycle and A/F Ratio you inputed). You also get the % of Fuel above stock, % of Airflow correction needed for stock like settings and % needed if your MAS is hacked (that is more of 1G guys, and is a general 5% difference, it may vary depending on the car, MAS and how much is hacked away).

Here on the first sheet, you can list your own Fuel Pressure Regulator, Fuel Pressure and Injector size if they are not listed above. So if you are running 40psi and 510cc injectors, or something along those lines, you arent left out.

On the second sheet, there is the Airflow Calculations.

This is used to find out How much CFM you are flowing, how much Horsepower at the crank and at the wheels. You can input your own boost, pressure drop, how effective your compressor is, the intake temp, intercooler efficiency, drivetrain loss, engine speed, displacement, and volumetric effiency.
