Another note here, Jack and his brother can be trusted as well. Stand up busniess man.

Thought I would jump in this one.

I just had my engine rebuilt and tranny rebuilt by Jacks Transmissions. They did a great job. They know what they're doing. I well be taking it back there in 3 weeks to have DSMLink v3 installed and tuned. I have to say I would rather have someone that knows what they are doing tune my car. I could always learn myself but I would rather have it done right the first time.

Thanks for the hard work Jack......

Just letting everyone on here know that I too tune cars and have been for locals for over 6 years. My partner in crime all these years Kenny Hood also has been working on and repairing cars locally for just as long.

Kenny has a very solid track record fixing cars and currently is the "silent mechanic" behind Tobz tuning that is working on all those EVOs in Longmont. He can work on EVOs, DSMs, Supras, WRXs and just about any other sport compact or domestic muscle car.

I was a owner of DSMLink when it first came out in 2001 and used it in all my cars till 3 years ago I switched over to AEM in my drag car, and then eventually moved the daily driver over to AEM this last year. I am well versed in SAFCs, DSMLink, AEM EMSs, and EVOScan/STiScan and ECUFlash just to name a few common programs I've tuned with and have tuned several kinds of cars from DSMs to WRXs to Supras and even a Saabaru one time. :D

Anyways I'm in Arvada, and Kenny is in Broomfield. Feel free to email us for questions or quotes whenever. We are not trying to step on anyones toes here more just letting people know there are good shops in Denver still and you don't have to go to the springs just for good DSM work.

I think Steve - Project2G can tell you if his experience was good or not. He had some work done about a month ago and Kenny finished it all up in one day. Maybe Project2G will comment on his experience.

i don't know about going to Kens kars, he seems like he knows some stuff about dsm's but i asked about the 2 piston caliper on the 93-94 1gb's and ken had no idea that there was 2 piston caliper's on 1g's. so that being said it makes me worried about taking mine to him. just my .02
