To make a long story short, my gears have been griding like mad for the past few days... first and reverse were terrible. I open my hood for an inspection of the cables, MC, and SC... well, I notice something on the top of my transmission. There is a crack about 8 inches long going from the top left bolt (when looking towards the front left wheel) to the label on the upper right side. I had a friend depress the clutch while I was looking at the transmission and the crack widens and the engine flexes a little. What the #### happened here? The only thing I can think of is the added pressure to move the 2600 only worsened a little crack that was previously there (that I had no prior knowledge of). Suggestions? :(

that happened to me once...maybe one of the bolts on the bottom of the transmission is gone, what im saying is that the bolt is not holding the trans in place thats why when you press the clutch the tranny moves...damn get that thing fix asap...this is why i hate dsm
