tranny won't shift into any gear

My dad's 92 talon 5spd won't shift into any of the gears. When you try to shift it all you can hear is grinding. We've bleed the clutch already and added fluid. What do you guys think it could be? Maybe it's time for a rebuild or something easier?

Also it's a 2.0 fwd non turbo.

Check your linkage, i had the same problem in my 90' There is a little pin right before it enters the transmission, i just shoved a screw into it and it made everything better.
