Tps normal or bad?

I am testing my tps and I'm not sure if this is normal or not.
Pins 1 & 4 read 4.65kohms
Pins 2 & 4 read .461kohms
And when you turn it the resistance goes up but about half way it will go to 0L then to a higher number.
I did this about 10 times and it will go to the 0L everytime.

Pins 3 & 4 read 65 ohms then go to 0L when you turn to WOT then back to 65ohms

Hard to say for sure since that multimeter refreshes pretty slow, but i'd condemn it with a dead spot in the rheostat.

Yes, replace it. It has a dead spot.
