yo i feel the need to put the word out there that there are a few car theifs that work out of tr and brick i know who they are and im not sure if i wanna post there names publicly but they have stolen parts off my old honda and my old mitsu they got 5 grand worth of shit off my dsm while it was in my garage and i was at work you knwo what everyone needs to know whos this group of douche bags are and one kids name was bruce he had a black civic std turned into a si and this asian kid everyone calls asian or some other ### nick name and timmy as well i dont know the other twos cars i think the asian kid drives a nissan so everyone be aware of who you show your engine two and who you trust

i went out and got my gun license and bought 2 hand guns because of this and now i watch my shit like a hawk i was kinda hopeing they would try it again no problem shooting them in the head

More the reason for you all to come to my store and get alarms installed. i will take care of you all. i have one on my car and no one has ever F***ed with it. plus if they did while i was aslep my remote beeps and blinks at me.

And as far as I know everyone that was stealing parts/cars last year got locked up. Them three kids I still see and talk to, they've never been locked up.

So please don't point the fingers at them without knowing who actually did it first.

BTW, I think I remember seeing your car once. I was at 7 eleven by Pizza hut on the way out to 37. You pulled in, then took off down a sidestreet spinning and blowing smoke. Red fwd 1g?

i wasnt being a dick, i was actually saying thank you. anyone that asks me about my car i tell them its stock. for a perfect example. today i had a kid in my shop with a g35 and he asked what i had done, i told him it was stock. he said "oh do you go out and race at night?" i said sometimes. he said oh maybe we should set up a race. i said sure thats fine 500$? he said he wasnt sure about 500. so he left at the same time i did. i turned my boost controller off so i had stock spring pressure of 8lbs. we got a quick little run going and he beat me by 1 car... he pulled to the light and said " let me know when you wanna set up the race. i said no problem. so in the end,my car running at 8lbs is what everyone sees. so that what the base there races off of. now when i come out and im running 35lbs and meth, my car is a different story. so in the end, i LOVE when people tell there friends my car is slow, 14bish or stock.... it always works out to my advantage. so no kawboy, i wasnt mad....

dude why has your engine been siting for so long?
I had to pull two motors and swap one into another car and that only took me two days.
I see your motor siting outside in the rain all the time on a crane and when we got our big snow storm for the year your hood was up and trans exposed to the 3 ft of snow im not hear to bash justins work but i wouldnt let him within ten feet of my car your motor is beautiful but wont be for long if he dont put it in soon..
i even heard your old man was yelling at him for taking so long.
Why did you swap that motor anyway justin said because yours blew second day off the lot but i know the guy who sold you the car and he said he would have replaced the motor for free but no one brought the car to him...
i also at one point heard your timing belt snaped but i heard conflicting storys... whats the low down?

as far as judging you goes, im not judging you! all im saying is you are very opinionated and maybe sometimes you should keep your mouth shut and and keep your opinions to yourself. one day your gonna say the wrong thing to the wrong person and they are going to shut it for you... trust me i've seen it happen. im not some 18 year old punk that goes out and frequents 37 looking for races. I dont think my cars fast if that 35r comment was towards me. i dont expect anyone to lie to me, i like honest people, but if i want your opinion i would ask for it, as well as probably everyone else on here. nobody wants to hear that their car looks like shit, or that its stupid looking or its slow. everyone on here is here to see whats going on in the tri-state. if theres any meets or what everyones doing to their cars. so maybe next time before you start typing you will think about it and maybe keep your comments to yourself.

Hey hate to interrupt the current status of the convo but if anyones interested in early june or july the funk master flex carshow is gunna be in Ocean City Maryland its alot of fun i used to attend almost every year it lasts four days or so and thousands of cars show up and i was thinking abut trying to organize a little cruise down there let me know if anyones interested and ill get details

got my car started for the first time today on the first try got a few bugs my fan isnt kicking on my upper rad hose is geting huge and more hot than it should i have a huge vacum, leak around the back half of my throttle body and the car is sunning so rich i was high after 2 mins of it running..
also i cant get into revers but thats on ammco bunch of #### sucker they are anyway i'll see you boys on 37 soon i hope any ideas as to what maybe causeing my problems would be great

If you can hear the vacuum leak replace your TB gasket. If not, check your TB seals.

As for the upper rad hose, make sure the system is "burped". Let it run with the rad cap off.

my tb gaskets are brand new from extreme psi so i think maybe my mani is cracked ot tb as for burping it im gunna do that when i get back from my 420 boston trip on thursday...

ok so i ended up not going to boston cause ammco is telling me im pretty much beat that they are gunna have to charge me another 475 to see why its not going in revers so i have to talk to a lawyer now..
i got the trans second hand from dogbox with less than 200 miles on it and i dont think they have a warrenty for the trans..
also my car sounds a little weird it cuts out and runs rough when you give it gas i havnt set boost yet i have it at as low a boost as possable..
anyone local wanna check it out and see if you cant lend a hand?

You have a Dogbox tranny? do yourself a favor and take out the reverse switch on the transmission. i had the same problem when i got my tranny back. the reverse switch should have a bolt in it to plug it, thats it. i couldnt go into reverse, and had minor problems with 5th gear as well. now as far as your coolant problem goes, did you replace your thermostat? it may be stuck closed. i have seen people use instant gasket on thermostat housings and put to much on it and it seals shut the thermostat. no with your vacuum leak, you say its behind your intake? did you bypass your emission stuff? if you didnt, i strongly recommend doing so. including your EGR. once that is done you can take all the vacuum lines off your throttle plate and cap them off. but if you dont want to do that i would go get a couple cans of carb cleaner or starter fluid and have a buddy start the car and keep it around 1000rpms and just start spraying the fluid around where you think it may be. the car will start to bog. REMEMBER, all those vacuum lines wind up in the intake one way or another so spraying the lines will suck it into the intake and make it run shitty. hope any of this helps you out, if you have any questions you can call me on my cell anytime 848-992-2118

well i got a new thermostat and that didnt fix my problem and i just realized that the stock temp gauge isnt working

ok so i fixed my fan and my temp guage also figured out another problem but now a new one has come up i took it to the street to see how it drove and i didnt get past 5 mph or 25 feet before turning around and geting it in my garage..
the whole car was shaking and loud clicking like a cv axle was bad or drive shaft is loose.
i shouldnt have these problems cause ammco put in the trans and cv axles and drive shaft also transfer case idk what to do anymore im actully going to have dogbox look at it and if it was a install error im going to sue the pants off ammco i still gota read this code thats being thrown..
