I was justwondering if some1 could tell me how tochop and what program i need.

Well, the term "photochopping" comes from "photoshopping," so obviously you need Adobe Photoshop, but Paint Shop Pro is good for learning too. Once you get Photoshop, head to www.photoshopjunkie.com for basic tutorials.
