I just did a timming belt job and after the car sits for a day or two there seems to be alot of slack on the top of the timming belt. Once the car is started it tightens right back up and is nice and tight. Is this normal? I followed all the vfaq directions and replaced everything.Any help would be appreciated.

yep it's normal ..... do a search on timing belt or loose timing belt. I started a post about this before and a few others did too. Nothing to worry about.
