I uploaded a pic of what my cams look like... (Crude ms paint drawing :p)
I took head off to do Head Gasket... and Decided that it would be a good idea to change timing belt since id have the head and timing belt already off...
Well as you see from the picture the red marks are where they were lined up before i took the belt off and the blue marks are were the REAL timing marks (confused on to because there's two timing marks for the exhaust?)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

yes, look at where the big bolt punches through the cam gear and screws into the actuall cam. The bolt also has a dowel. make sure both dowels are UP, then there is little nic marks on the cams, these should line up with a straight edge ruler. down below the crank has a special mark and the pointer should be lined up to this, its super obvious how the bottom should be lined up. the balance shaft has marks on it, if theyre already removed then it doesnt matter. mine are removed but i always make the oil pump marks line up (even tho it dont matter) i still do it just for superstion and good luck :)

Thank you guys! That really simplified things doesnt seem complex now :p
When im rotating crank and stuff will that bend the valves or anything?
Just follow the Vfaq Step by step?

If you're not sure after assembling the belt. Turn the engine slowly a couple of times. Timing marks must line up again and you should not feel any tight spots (do this without spark plugs).
A lot of info on the boards.
