Was half tooth, last week,uncovered it lined everything up again now it a full tooth off, did my belt stretch,was told by shop let it sit,but the stretch is at top of cams

And it's the gates blue rpm belt

Did you check the alignment again after tensioning the belt last week? A lot of times it looks like it's aligned until you tension the belt.

The belt shouldn't stretch so much that it throws your timing out of alignment by any appreciable amount. Since you have adjustable cam gears, though, it's possible that one or both gears slipped.
