Timing Adjustment Plug

Can someone please tell me where the timing adjustment plug is so that I can hook up the jumper wire to time my car. Is this (second pic) the correct harness (plug on)? Also, there is a melted connector to which I am pointing to in the first pic, can anyone tell me if this is a relevant harness? Thanks for any input.

Yup, that's the right one. Any particular reason that you have the cap off in one picture, and the cap on in the other?

I believe your melted harness there is the fuel pump relay activation connector, which you would use to test the pump and lines. I think.

Thanks for the reply kpt4321. I took the cap off to see if there was an electrical prong inside.
