well, I've had these wheels picked out for five years and I finally made the purchase last week. They are Enkei RPF1 17x9 +35 with 235/40 tires. really happy with the fit and finish.. it was worth the wait!

Looks absolutely fantastic. Any rubbing with that width/offset and tire size?

nope, no issues with clearance or rubbing. I frequented this old thread which gave me a pretty good idea it was gonna work before I made the purchase. This size/fitment is pretty well proven for 2g's now.

Looks really nice man.

I'm guessing the center caps hit the axel nuts/? I have managed to grind out some of the plastic on some caps and make them fit. Not sure if you can do that or not.

Super clean wheel choice.

Huge improvement in looks, and a quality, lightweight wheel.
Good job!

Really lovin' the offset. Clean, badass and nice :)

Im glad this thread didnt end up with a crapped out car rollin on some kind of universal fit tuner wheels that weigh more than stockers. Awsome choice in wheels! I wanna set for my talon too,, in silver or white.

After reading the thread title I came in here to talk some trash, but after seeing these pics...wow

You sir, have a damn good looking dsm. Very nice :thumb:

The use of the term "wheels" as opposed to "rimZ y0" was a hint that this would be a good one. ;)
