That dang black maf translator box

Ok so i have the maf translator box and it is having idoling problems. I don't think I have it set right when it sets over night and I go to get in it I have to crank it at least three times before it idols. I was told its the translator box that its not set right where should i set it at any suggestions.

help you guys help a poor lady out .. Also i have a pocket pc i need suggestions where i can get pocket logger software which kind is best how much and tools needed like how to hook it up etc.

And you have it set at Base = D and Aux = 4?

i dont believe so what ever the picture says my friend steven set it he and I are not familiar with it I know this is the reason it has idoling problem but will idol after like 3 cranks. I find myself stalling out after it let it sit over night . I will check and see .

I don't see where the base etc is all i know it has four dials with numbers?

The Base dial is the left one in the row of 4 on the bottom. And the Aux dial is the odd one all the way on the left. It says Base and Aux under the knob. I can see the labels, but I can't see what they're set at.

ok i think they may be set at zero i know they are definatly not set at 4 on the bottem.

The settings are correct with base set to D and aux at 4. I believe it needs to have the correct startup enrichment and idle settings. We will need to get the datalogger hooked up so I can post the results... stay tuned
