Test Pipe & Down Pipe install in S. Cali????

Anybody in know of a shop that will install a down pipe and test pipe for a 99 GST??? Since Cali has the most strict laws you know 99% of the shops will not take out the Cat. If anybody can help me out I would appreciate it. I live in the San Gabriel valley, so if you can get me as close to there as possible that would be nice!!!

save some money,do it yourself if possible,its not a tough job.

I dont think any place is going to intstall a test pipe for you. You are going to have to do that yourself.

I dont have time to do it myself guys or else I would. Im only going to be home for 2 weeks so I need it to be installed. As a matter of fact if someone can find me a shop I can have my Dad take it in before I get home. Thanks!!

Test pipes are technically illegal to run on the street, so no shop is going to install that for you because they get fined big bucks if they get caught doing that.

Get a 3" cat, gut it out and get a straight pipe welded inside so it looks like you have a cat.

spray the bols with good penetrating oil and just do it.it took me less than 15 minand that was w/a couple bolts that were a pain in the ass.your looking at a min of 65-100$ dollars.or just take it to a damn muffler shop
